Furnished Holiday Lettings Update.

As was announced in the HMRC Technical note last April, the rules relating to properties used for Furnished Holiday Lettings, in both the UK and Europe, are going to be repealed. HMRC have now issued a new Technical note setting out what is going to happen. Although Capital Allowances will not be available on post 1st April 2010 expenditure existing businesses will still be able to claim writing down allowances that are in its pool. Time to get your claims in!
