Capital allowances now available on FHL's in the EEA.

In a post budget announcement, HMRC have announced that properties in the European Economic Area that are used as Furnished Holiday Lets will have the same tax treatment as those in the UK. This means that capital allowances will be available on the purchase as well as alteration or extension works.

The FHL rules will be repealed so it is essential to make the claim asap!
