Budget 2010 changes.
The two changes to capital allowances in the Budget are as follows;
The Annual Investment Allowance has been increased to £100,000
Two new sub-technologies have been added to the ECA list. The new categories are Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors and Biomass fired warm air heaters. Compact heat exchangers and liquid pressure amplification are, however, being removed. The criteria for water saving taps and showers is also being tightened.
