About Us
The CA4 Partnership Limited was set up by Tim and Clive, who prior to that had worked together for nearly 25 years, first as Partners at Crosher and James and subsequently as Partners at Davis Langdon.
The aim of CA4 is to provide cost effective, high quality but low risk Capital Allowances services to property owners, occupiers and their advisors mainly in the SME sector using our combined expertise in the niche areas of tax which is approaching 50 years and spanning 3 different Capital Allowances Acts!
We work with a small team of highly skilled and experienced individuals, who are either qualified in property and construction, tax or both to ensure we provide you with the most comprehensive advice in the niche area of property tax.
We get excited about saving our clients money! We, therefore, enjoy working with businesses and individuals of all types and size to ensure they obtain the highest level of tax relief to which they are rightfully entitled.
As a business we financially support two local Charities and also invest some of our free time with Young Enterprise - a schools based business initiative.
We have two offices, in Worcester and Birmingham, but travel throughout the UK and even further when required to visit our clients and their properties.
Clive Searle BSc (Hons), Dip Prop Inv, MBA, MRICS
As well as being a qualified Quantity Surveyor and a Member of the RICS, Clive also has an MBA in Construction and Real Estate, a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Property Investment.
Outside of work, Clive is married with 3 grown up Children. He enjoys spending his spare time going to the gym, running the occasional 10k and supporting Everton.
Tim Beresford BSc, Dip Prop Inv, ATT, MRICS
Tim is a qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Member of the RICS , being Chair of the Birmingham Local Association and also sitting on the RICS West Midlands Regional Board. He is also a qualified member of the ATT and like Clive holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Property Investment.
Outside of work, Tim is married and when not spending time with his 4 children he enjoys cooking, entertaining, going to the gym and watching Birmingham City, with his son.
